1. We can provide more than 1000 different sizes both BS and metric AS568, JIS series o rings in itrile(NBR), Silicone(MVQ), EPDM, HNBR, Viton(FKM), Neoprene materials. Hardness range from 40 to 90 Shore A.
2. Generally the cross sections sizes range from 0.5 to 10 mm. The ID range from 1 to 1000 mm. Any sizes customized are acceptable!
3. We can also supply many other non standard and colors rings as your requirements such as blue, brown, red, white, yellow and green etc.
Rubber O Ring Series
Nitrile O Ring
Temperature: -40℃-120℃
Characteristics: The air tightness is equivalent to IIR rubber and the air tightness is better, but it not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone and nitro hydrocarbons.
Application Areas: Commonly used in the production of fuel tanks, lubricating oil tanks and used in fluid media such as petroleum hydraulic oil, gasoline, water, expensive grease, silicone oil, diester lubricating oil and glycol hydraulic oil etc
fluorine O Ring
Temperature: -40℃-240℃
Characteristics: Resistant to most oils and solvents, especially all acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and vegetable oils. It has excellent stability to organic liquids, different fuel oils and lubricating oils and has good corrosion resistance to most organic acids, hydrocarbons, benzene and toluene.
Application Areas: Be used in key parts of aviation, automobile, shipbuilding, machinery, chemical industry, light industry and other industrial sectors.
Silicone O Ring
Temperature: -55℃-240℃
Characteristics: Good electrical insulation performance. The tensile strength is worse than general rubber. It has good resistance to neutral solvents and resistance to ozone and oxides.
Application Areas: Seals or rubber parts used in the household appliance industry, seals in the food machinery industry or seals for all kinds of products that come in contact with the human body.
Epdm O Ring
Temperature: -55℃-150℃
Characteristics: High elasticity, good chemical stability and excellent compression and deformation resistance.
Application Areas: Transformers, high-voltage switches, lightning arresters, gas-filled cabinets and switch cabinets etc.
